Pulmonary Rehab 1.00pm-4.00pm
 
Pulmonary Rehabilitation consists of exercise training and education/information sessions for patients with COPD. Our programmes run over 6 consecutive weeks and there are 2 sessions per week. There will be a small group of people like you, all with breathing problems, our sessions are relaxed and informal and you may bring along a spouse or carer if you wish. For more information or for a referral contact your GP.

St Barnabas Church 5.00pm-6.30pm
 
We are a small, friendly congregation meeting every Sunday at 5.00pm. As a Church We are committed to expressing our love for God, caring for each other as Church members and serving our community. Bible Journaling, meditating on a scripture from the Bible and doodling using colouring pencils, felts, washi tape, stencils and stickers. The aim is to learn together, how to meditate on the daily Bible lectionary reading, memorise scripture and through this learn to listen to God ourselves.
